It's not my fav episode. It leaned on the corny. I do think we end the season on a high though

Phoebe's low riding pants were called hip huggers. You can thank the musicians that brought that fad into style at this time (Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, Destiny's Child, etc). Phoebe's pants were very much the norm in those days. The high waisted jeans that are common nowadays were known as "mom jeans" during this time.
