Yeah Iggy's also the one with the power here because if he warms to Prompto his alphas will also - if only to keep him happy.

Yeah she'd probably have felt like she was misleading him when she was playing along with his happiness, maybe she even gently tried to get him to dial back the enthusiasm a bit. She wouldnt want to pull the rug from under his feet but like letting him know it will still be a transition either way because there will be different customs and Proms just so acquiescent - he's like thats fine, I'll just follow theirs. And then is met with a wall.

Can I just say how sweet and heartbreaking the normally tough Aranea's expression/body language is here? She's trying to be so supportive but you can absolutely see the sadness there because I think she knows better than prom does where this is going
