I'd think even hiring her as a maid means the nobility is some dark sorcerer and has some Lovecraft level creature in the basement that wants to lay eggs to reproduce in the world - but they'd kill a standard maid. And the latter have a strong union that can hassle even a nobility who grabs their arse much less does anything worse. With a little consulting they don't mind "Outsourcing"...
