This was my thought, actually - one of those really intricate script tattoos that's basically unreadable until you're right up on it... but once you get up close you realize that it actually says "Cocksleeve" or something like that.

She should have tats that can be covered if in a business suit or formal attire. That's the one remaining tattoo standard. Anyone seriously getting a facial or other obvious tat not in the Welfare/Prison class is either stupid or absolutely assured of their wealth/power. It's kind of like how I saw the Baron Harkkonnen from Dune (think Lynch's adaptation, no post Herbert stuff) - he was deliberately grotesque as showing he was so wealthy and powerful.
