- the Clare storyline it’s supposed to be funny & cringey, girls like fanfiction (tumblr, wattpad, ao3) - the fact that Sav is the only male main character in his graduating class is kinda crazy - I don’t remember Sav being this irritating when it came to relationships but he truly irks me when it comes to Anya like I can’t. Anya proves time & time again that she can be okay without a relationship, however Sav can’t, he has to be with someone to make him a focal point. -also I think them doing this b storyline of them trying to get back together was because “they always break up” so him immediately trying to get back together with her would track. However he’s codependent as hell and I don’t think that’s something they truly make him grow out of imo. -oh my gosh Westley’s here. Degrassi has such a bad habit of introducing characters early as hell and then making them a main like 2 seasons later 😭

I know this episode is super cringy but it’s always made me laugh so I’m fine with it. I live in the south and when the Harry Styles fanfiction came out on Wattpad (After) my entire class was reading it and all the super religious people had the same reaction as Clare so it’s somewhat realistic at least
