So about Heaven's Door being summoned by Rohan drawing him is probably him just developing as a user, like Koichi. The reason why he thought it only worked with his manuscript was because when people saw the image of Pink Dark Boy (the character of the manga) it was actually the trigger for the stand, not the entire page itself.
