Ace didn’t call Whitebeard the king he said “I’ll MAKE whitebeard the king” but yes whitebeard is one of the 4 emperors and one of the strongest characters in the show so yeah. Also they stated in water 7 that garp was a rival to roger and went toe to toe with him so I’d say garp is stronger than ace and Blackbeard (I’m going off of only the episodes you’ve seen) obviously i won’t comment on any future things

Someone else said it but I want to explain it in somewhat better terms: Luffy and Zoro claimed not to hear Usopp because Zoro said that if the first thing Usopp said wasn’t an apology, there was no way he’d let Usopp join the crew unless Zoro would leave himself. So because Zoro really did want Usopp to rejoin he acted like he didn’t hear Usopp until he apologized so the “first thing [he hears] Usopp say” is an apology.

Garp is stronger. Even though he is a vice-admiral he is one of the top dogs of the navy, he could easily take the rank of admiral. He doesn't like the extra responsibility of being an admiral and thinks being a vice admiral in a way gives him more freedom to do what he wants.

My head canon for the giant cannonball that Garp throws: It has eaten a devil fruit that let's it expand if needed. In the manga it is a little difficult to estimate but for me the Sunny is way nearer to the shore there so it makes a little bit more sense that the Straw Hats can hear Usopp.

For the record when Usopp was yelling at them in the beginning and Luffy and Zoro said they couldnt hear him they didnt actually mean it. They were able to hear him they were just pretending not to and saying they couldnt hear him because they were waiting for Usopp to apologize.

A lot of One Piece fans seem to think in that direction sometimes, I've seen questions about Buggy's Powers that involve his you know what. then Again I think they porpously chose some of the more perverted questions to put in the SBS in the manga sometimes on porpus.
