Luffy asks Sanji if he can cook an octopus when they were both in the kitchen a few episodes back, a lil hint that the octopus was with Luffy the whole time.
Its a mix of both Spanish and french, the number is in Spanish and "Fleur" is flower in french. :D

I just noticed that G8 is one of the only times that I've actually seen Marines put their arms through the sleeves of their jackets. There are one or two other characters that I can think of that does it but this is the only place they do it consistently.

the next saga is water 7 composed of : long ring long land arc + water 7 arc + enies lobby arc, but they are some fillers episodes between the 2 first arcs

The names of Robin's attacks are all in Spanish so there will be times where you see her say "dos fleur" or "tres fleur" for instance which means two flowers and three flowers. this time she said "treinta fleur" which means 30 flowers but she also used "cien fleur" which means 100 flowers. I'm not sure if there's a specific limit but she can definitely do at least 100 arms or more at a time

Robin's move always calls out a number followed by fleurs, which means flowers. Treinta fleurs is 30 flowers, so 30 pairs of arms.

One Piece is divided into big Sagas (East Blue, Alabasta, Sky Island) which are divided into Arcs. So 207-219 is technically the start of the Water 7 Saga as you saw, but it is also a standalone canon Arc with its own name, followed by filler 220-226, and then the Water 7 Arc starts at 227. Sagas can have from 1 to 6 canon Arcs in them.
