You will see the same morally gray area themes in the next few arcs of HxH. These are the two shows that make me constantly question who is in the right.

I'm pretty sure Titan shifters can slow/halt the regeneration process. We saw that in season 2 when Reiner didn't have steam coming out of his arm until he revealed himself as the armored titan
