Yes all you need to know is that warlord and vice admiral while those tittles imply certain power, they are not a scale of their own. With the warlords there's Mihawk which used to be Shanks sparing rival, so maybe he lowkey Yonko level?. While there's Moria who got outpowered by Luffy. Just the same there are vice admiral who are not much stronger that a captain and there is even one that some of us assume is stronger than an admiral.

the only thing that can be said about the strengths of the vice admirals and the samurai of the seas is. some are very strong and some are quite weak. for example mihawk is (obviously) stronger than crocodile. the same can be said of the vice admirals among themselves. but what you shouldn't forget. In the order of rank they are directly under the admirals, so seen in this way, they are the 2nd strongest power.

Imma drop a lil spoiler free advice cause we're getting into main series now so people on utube especially will be spoilerly with this shit: Titles are a good indication of strength because there are only 3 admirals in the world, seven warlords and even more vice admirals so that kinda scales to how strong but they are still just titles. Mihawk is the strongest swordsman in the world and crocodile was more of a ganster who leaned on his op devil fruit so they're clearly not equal, but u'll learn all the main things about power within 100 eps or so just have fun figuring it out. There's lots of hints throughout but i think no one figured it out on their first watch so that's why u should be careful of chats where people talk about strength. Also it really is a saga with a final climax so dont worry about finishing off reactions at the end of mini arcs too much. There's no chance u'll be able to only watch a few eps a week so I'd rec just adding more one piece after HxH or something. Jujitsu kaisen is dope af and code geass gets so good but they can be watched slower. black clover fans need their eps too but there's no new series that'll come close to peak onepiece

Garp is a Vice Admiral for comparison. Warlords on the other hand aren't really comparable even to each other... they're more selected by how useful they are to the World Government. Moria for instance was most likely chosen as a Warlord because of how easily he could raise an army and not for his own individual power, where Mihawk was probably chosen for his fighting capabilities. It's really similar to bounties and how they aren't directly corelated to power. Robin was given a large bounty as a child not because she was powerful, but because she knew too much.

lol to clarify when Luffy told the women his balls were "family jewels" thats not actually what he said. The word for balls in japanese "kintama" can be translated as "golden balls" (kin = gold / tama = ball) depending on how it's written so the women thought he was talking about balls made of literal gold 🤣🤣Thats why they showed Luffy's balls shining in a golden light as for how the girls on Amazon Lily breed the narrator said in the beginning of 409 that sometimes they leave the island and come back pregnant with a child.

Strength levels for Vice admirals and warlords are mostly speculation. They also vary wildly. Some warlords are probably stronger than most Vice admirals, and vice versa. It isn't really clear cut.

As for the warlords, as I'm sure many have said they have all been at least mentioned to this point, took me a sec to remember who he was too but thats because by the time u get caught up him being a warlord will be the least interesting part about him. As for who's stronger Warlords or vice-admirals, well that's a more difficult asnwer. There is no set minimum level of abilities for the warlords so some of the strongest ones are probably a little more powerful where as the weakest of them are most likely a little weaker than a VA. you've only seen 6 of the 7 warlords the final one will be revealed in the next few arcs. the ones you've seen are crocodile, boa, Moriah, doflamingo, Kuma, and mihawk.

This is one of the reasons why I love One Piece so much. There's no easy way to determine who is stronger than who. You actually have to see them fight to figure it out. And even then the "matchups" matter a lot. Oda doesn't take the easy way out. He actually makes this stuff just as complex as it should be.

A Vice-Admiral’s strength varies, Saul (The giant from Robin’s backstory) was a Vice-Admiral and so was Aokiji (was a Vice-Admiral during Robin’s backstory). Aokiji was clearly stronger. There’s a lot more Vice-Admirals than Admirals, so there would be Vice-Admirals as strong as admirals or close.

The show and all the fans refer to her as Hancock, so I wouldn't use Boa just to avoid confusing people. Boa's technically her last name, East Asian languages like Japanese put the last name first. Also, like other people have said I wouldn't think too much about power scaling and comparisons. OP's not like DBZ where you have concrete power levels, there are strong and weak people regardless of titles or bounties. Obsessing over who's stronger than who is just going to distract you and ruin the experience imo, unfortunately it's a common habit people carry over from other shounens (but I will admit it's still hype when a high bounty or high ranked person is revealed!)

In terms of strength, I would encourage you to try not to compare power levels of "ranks" so much as individuals. While this works to some extent with the Navy, considering there is an official chain of command and requires rising through the ranks (with some exceptions such as Garp who is OP for his position), on the Warlord side it is very individual. They were just pirates who the government decided they would rather have on their side than against them, and who accepted the position (we will see that some pirates are offered, but do not accept). So while I would say that all the Warlords are strong, their strength is quite diverse. Especially since, with the Navy no longer chasing them some of them seem to kind of "let themselves go", so to speak (many would consider Moria an example of this). The huge diversity of powers in One Piece is one of the things that makes it so interesting, but also makes it very hard to rank strengths. A good example of this is Crocodile. At the time they fought, you can bet that there are many people in the world who were "stronger" than Luffy at the time who could not have beaten Crocodile if they never figured out the weakness of his Devil's Fruit. Anyone other than Luffy would have had a MUCH harder time taking down Eneru. What we see in some of those arcs such Alabasta and Skypiea is that creativity and/or the ability to figure out the weakness of a particular power can really allow you to hit above your weight class.

as was already mentioned 7th warlord (shichibukai) was mentioned in episode 31 but we never saw him and when it comes to power level depends specifically each one of Vice-Admiral and specifically each one of Warlord .... in most cases i would bet on Warlord but you have Vice - Admiral like Garp and he is strong af and then you have someone like Mihawk vs Crocodile both warlords but ... (it is true that Crocodile is little bit underated because he fought with Luffy too early but Luffy lost with him like 3 times and Moria was technically defeated by all Straw Hats so ...)

It actually works out ok for the number of episodes per video if you react to the 4 anime canon episodes. That way you get the last episode of Amazon Lily, then 2 of those, then the other 2 and the first ep of the next arc. Even though they are marked as anime canon they are kind of manga canon also as they show parts from the cover stories. In terms of powerscaling... In OP world it's not really that easy. As higher bounty doesn't mean stronger person then higher title doesn't mean the person is automatically stronger than person under him. For example Garp is strong af and he is vice admiral, now, I don't want to say too much, but there is a reason why he isn't admiral, but it's not about that he isn't strong enough. There are stronger and there are weaker vice admiral, there are stronger and weaker warlords. Basically, Moria is a joke in front of Garp, seriously. Before Momonga? Ehhh, I guess there would be longer fight, but dunno who would win. Probably Momonga. Also, even if you are "weaker" doesn't mean you can't beat "stronger" opponent. It's all about creativity, willpower and battle tactics. That's why one piece fights are so interesting, they are simply unpredictable xd

Is a vice-admiral stronger than a warlord? It can't be answered that simply. There are a lot of vice admirals and their levels of power also varies - the same can be said for the warlords. However, in the case of MOST vice admirals, they would be considered weaker than a warlord, but there are exceptions. Garp - Luffy's grandfather, being the most famous exception. The warlords also have different levels of power, but I won't go into detail about that to avoid spoilers about specific warlords.

It feels like 9/10 people have Marineford as their favourite OP arc and I've never understood why. W7+Enies lobby has always been the peak of OP for me. Different strokes and so on I guess.
