Ahan Shankwalkar
it was ace who used the haki
Kota
"Imagine being born rich and being that fucking ugly." lol
Monkey D. Moritz
Almost every arc in op can be related to the real world in some type of way tbh
Markus Andre Midtbø Kjørsvik
Really Why?

The fire wasn't set by the WG, neither did they order the fire. It was the Kingdom of Goa! Is the WG corrupt and bad? Yes! Are they to blame for all the evil in the world? No!
Ace was confirmed to have Conquerer's, but also... he would never claim Roger as his father, it's the complete antithesis to his character
Zalied
of course dragon would be hanging out around when a celestial dragon is visiting his home kingdom. also given this was 10 years ago he probably spent more time in east blue
Sindri
Hey Ruff, it was Ace that fired off his conqueror's haki. When Luffy used his Haki during Marineford some of the onlookers from Whitebeards crew said "just like pops and Ace". Meaning that they knew Ace also had it.
Fouad
i hate to be that guy , but there are future arcs, one specifically that has very real an amazing show of a real life topic
Hi_imTeemo
he hasnt missed shit
KKG
This flashback is so underrated. More gruesome than expected.
Cody Wild
Ruff you have missed the parallels between how Ace died and how he continues to fight when he should clearly retreat. The past few episodes are filled with examples. Knowing this it wouldn’t be surprising that he fought Akainu to his demise even though so many people had sacrificed their lives to save his.
Dashell Ferby
it doesn't, still amazing
Dashell Ferby
I think this is my least favourite flashback
MickFoley299
Even if Ace had full use of Haki I don't believe that he'd defeat Blackbeard. Blackbeard was too powerful and probably had Haki of his own to use.
MickFoley299
While that is the most logical answer and most likely is the case, we do not know for a fact whether it was or not. Dragon's power (if he has any) hasn't been stated.

Ruuf thats what happens when u gk two weeks without watching one oiece u were so confused on everything like what and that was ace haki dragon is a revolutionary what do u mean what he doing there he is clearly saving people
Seraphem
So... remember back in Eines Lobby when Luffy said he knows full well who Robin's enemies are? Yeah, he really did know what utter shits the World Government are and the lows they will sink to.
katabug0303
I wish Ace was aware that he had Haki. Like for Marineford and his fight with Blackbeard. Things probably would’ve ended so much more differently. As far as I can tell, it’s never been confirmed Ace knew he had Haki let alone was a master at it. So I’m gonna stick to the side that he had no idea he had awakened Haki. Even though he knew what it was. All the times he’s used it has been subconsciously
Ace never got a chance to master his Haki 😥 It was Ace. So close to being top tier.
Florian Martin
kuma? yes he even said his name
Kai
Ace was the one who used the haki

it's more than just the rich looking down on the poor. It's more like the pre-modern notion of social standing. It's not that they are some rich commoner, they are nobility. Even poor nobility would look down upon rich commoners. They were born different. They are special, in their minds, regardless of if they ruin their family fortune and property. It's simply a fact of where they were born and who they were born to.
Rixadzin
The scene with the (let's call her less fortunate looking) girl asks her father why the people at Gray Terminal have to burn always gives me chills when she says: They should just chose to be born noble. As a person that really hates the sins of the father mentality this "triggers" me.
Marcel Badberg
hey ruff. didnt you see the big guy in the background on dragons ship?
the wind that put off the fire was dragon's as he did in loguetown when he created a storm. It wasn't ivan s wink that put it off
Alex Chan
I had a good laugh when he kept saying the pirates are idiots
Nanach
Can't wait for your future reactions! One Piece is just gonna get better and better:)
katabug0303
It was Ace

He used unconciously to save Luffy and maybe no one ever told him he had it in him or he never had to display it while with WB...
ZanarkandFFX
SPOILER: What always confused me about that scene was IF it was Ace who used Conqueror's Haki, why didn't he use it after again? Like that was the first time we seen him doing it until his death, so what was the point of that if it was Ace who used it?
inpax
It was Ace. Oda confirmed Ace had conqueror's haki
Speedwagon
Ace was the one using haki of the supreme king. As expected from the pirate kings son.
yay 500 checkpoint! and yes i do believe it is Ace that has used the conqueror haki judging by the way its animated here
james hyde
Ace was the one that used Conquerors haki not Luffy
Hobo Jones
the conquerors haki was ace
Mogrol
We made it to 500!! Also in 501 I think it was Ace that used Haki, but I could be mistaken
Loic Reviews
