Luffy looks like Hancock with that dragon around his neck^^ Actually it's Luffy who has been picking fight all along, not the other way around^^ Well it is slow paced. But if you just really like watching OP it's not that bad.

I think a lot of the complaints about pacing come from people who were watching it weekly as it came out. I know I couldn't stand it and dropped the series for a bit because it felt like nothing was happening, but that was only because I was stuck watching one episode per week. When I came back and was able to binge it, it was so much better. Not really heard many bad things about these arcs from people who were able to watch it at their own pace.

This is a fan theory that was thrown out years ago about why Zoro is bad with Directions. It could be total BS, and him being bad with direction is just a running gag but here it goes. If you remember Enies Lobby when he fought Kaku, the 3 headed demon that appeared before he finished him. They say he might be unconsciously activating it so his front would become his left if he's looking with his left head.

I think the pacing won't be too bad for you since you also do reactions. You probably don't feel like the pacing is slow since you need time to show your reactions, explain your thoughts etc. In faster paced series, I feel like people have to rush their reactions because so much is happening at once so OP's slower pace might be a benefit for you.

The pacing is bad in dressrosa, BUT! its not SO bad when you watching episodes one after another. it was a lot worse to watch it weekly

the pacing might not seem too bad for you because you can watch 6 episodes a week. Try one episode a week and throw in an occasional filler and we talk again ;) :P If you wait for a week and then the episodes throws 5-6 min Opening and recap at you (which you also skip) and 5 additional minutes of unnecessary scenes and flashbacks it becomes really annoying. But I am glad you still enjoy it. I guess people have different "pain thresholds" when it comes to these kind of things XD

The pacing in dressrosa will actually make you change your mind, the arc has 3 acts and its entirety is more or less 100 eps. Theres about 15-20 eps of pure fluff that, trust me, arent needed at all

I always found it kinda funny looking that Luffy has Momo draped over him like that. I know it’s the best way for Luffy to carry him, but he also kinda looks like one of those fox pelts people wrap around them like that lol. It’s a cool look for Luffy though lmao
