Yes you can tell Shirogane replaced his coin, but there were two 1981 coins saying no and one saying yes. So you could only eliminate one player from having said yes because 3 of the other 4 players have the same mint coin. So now, you know one of those three said they have romantic feelings for Kaguya, and that Shirogane is one of the three, but you have no idea which one he is and what he answered.

Idk if it’s just me but you seemed kinda quiet in todays video compared to normal, the anime kinda overpowers you a bit but again my headphones might be bad they’re kinda broken already

She didn't *say* that, yes, she believed him, but she left a coin flipped to say "yes," like with the game. No word on whether or not Shirogane would have actually noticed that, however.
