100 % of the viewers? I also prefer the sub, but truthfully we are in the minority here. Very likely dub isn't more popular here due to its quality over sub (Quality is unrelated), but due to nostalgia reasons. I assume fairy tail was running as dub on a tv channel in the U.S. and thats why so many ppl have seen it in the past as dub. We all want the series in the same format as we've witnessed it ourselves, nothing wrong with that. But lets just accept that we lost this time and try to enjoy the journey regardless.

I personally love sub and for almost every anime and consider it superior but there are some anime like fairytail that the sub is good but the dub is just 10 times better than the sub and i love that you decided on dub and hope you keep going along with dub. but subbed or dubbed ill be here.

Personally, though I'm not a huge fan of fairy tail anymore, it's part of my childhood from back when I watched things in dub exclusively, so I think it may just be a nostalgia thing for peeps. If it really was a favourite then you'd stick with it regardless of something as silly as language.

You decided to stick with the dub, so be it Won't be seeing me here on these comments anymore since it's your decision. One of my absolute favourite arcs. Loke's relationship with Lucy is amazing, his complete devotion to her is just adorable. It's also interesting that she actually derives her strength and power from her love and loyalty to her spirirts. They adore her so much that they're willing to fight for her at every turn.
