The -ji at the end means 'son' for human and 'ju' for daughters. Reiju may be a pun on the Japanese Internet slang リア充 riajuu, designing people that do have a fulfilled real life, i.e.having a girl/boyfriend. Replacing リア ria (short for riaru, meaning "real") by 零 rei (meaning "zero") would mean that Reiju doesn't have any life outside warfare as any members of the Vinsmoke family.

Its believed and mentioned throughout the series the strength and power of giants. i mean character sizes change a lot throughout the show as all anime like to show bigger = stronger. But even once they are drawn in their actual size they are bigger than luffy even doffy was huge comparably. Its usually drawn for effect sure but in this world being bigger does indeed mean stronger. Which you can see in instances of both bigmom and thegovernment looking to get giant
