I think Organ Gun is just one Kong Gun but he vibrates his arm so fast that it looks like he multiplies them. So it is pretty much like a super quick Gatling Gun in G4.

i think it was more like it was back then in enie's lobby, luffy said when he was using the g2 that he copied the technik from the cp9. I think the same thing happened here, cracker was able to multiply his arms and luffy just acquired it, if you look at the future fight in this arc he did it with other abilities as well.

How I see the Organ Gun; a gatling would take up too much energy in G4, but Luffy needed something to deal with the sheer numbers he was facing.
