I feel like Luffy could have stretched enough to pull the spike from Nami's hands out, then she could have gotten his out, but I don't think those bars can bend from anything other than the bookmark. Of course, if the bars can can't be easily moved, then the spike probably can only be removed by the fruit holder. In the case with Pedro losing x number of years, taking 70 would have killed him. Taking 60 would have also killed him, so taking 50 means he has less than 10 years to live. That happened about 5 years ago, so Pedro has maybe a couple years left maybe.

To be fair "young lady" is almost always demeaning even if not explicitly meant that way. Was called that once during a work presentation by an older guy and in that case it might have even been meant as some weird compliment, but it just feels disrespectful and like your not being taken serious.

The best part is that normally being called a young lady is a compliment, but Brook makes it totally demeaning like she's a young lady who don't know shit compared to him. XD

I was the opposite. I never trusted her. Too many things just seemed off for me. She said she'd show up at the coast but didn't yet Big Mom's pirates seemed to know exactly that the Straw Hats would show up there. Big Mom's crew knew not only that not all the Straw Hats were there but which ones were. The fact that there were fake Puddings showing up in the forest. Pudding talking to Luffy and Nami and immediately afterwards Luffy is willing to rip off his own hands.

Just some reference I perceived about the eggplant you were talking. The Eggplant guard always saying "nasu" at the end of his sentence. "Nasu" means eggplant in japanese. And it may reference to Zeff and Sanji because Zeff always called Sanji "Chibi nasu" as his nickname which meant small eggplant. Also, the front door from Pudding's room. She always saying "bakan" to Sanji interpreted as "silly boy". Actually "bakan" is a variant form of "baka" in japanese and it also means idiot. It may also reference to Sanji with the okama (the crossdresser in Kamabaka kingdom) because the okama always called Sanji "bakan" as an endearing word. And the lips of the front door really looked alike with okama in some way isn't it? LOL
