I still think it's a Vegapunk. It's someone that can undermine their entire operation and keep hostage a bunch of CP agents. They exposed Vegapunk's knowledge of the void century. They were able to power down the laser defense system. Stussy couldn't undo Luccy's orders and Shaka literally said it had to be a Vegapunk since he can't override another Vegapunk's orders.

Good point. Whoever caught them could still be unrelated to who followed Shaka but its probably the same person. Just a thought, since Caribou is unaccounted for.

Caribou kidnaps Vegapunk offscreen, the strawhats get screwed by the impending military operation. The strawhats narrowly escape without Vegapunk, and after the arc we see Caribou offering Vegapunk to Blackbeard. The associations Vegapunk and Blackbeard each have with Devil Fruits are a pretty big connection. Doesn't explain the Seraphim being ordered by Vegapunk or someone higher up but the person going after Vegapunk right now is not necessarily the same person who gave the order, as much as it seems like they should be the same person.

It is kinda fun to pick out where the anime will likely pad stuff out. You just know that the one panel recap of Ohara will be like a 5 minute flashback in the anime. Likely will have a quick flashback to Zoro fighting King as well.

163 on Luffy's shirt looks like classic Oda tease. It's a strong, fortunate, and lucky prime number (mathematical terms that probably don't matter) There's numerology spiritual stuff that I doubt matters. And finally, 163 can be read as I-Mu-San, Imu-san. I wouldn't overthink this until there's a reason to connect it.

Now I think the shadow silhouette taking out the snails looks like Atlas' hair. She is the only one not shown attacked by a seraphim. And to think the evidence was pointing at Edison until now.
