I think he's still hanging onto the picture as his connection to straightness. 'I can't be gay/bi, I'm doing it for the picture.' But we also know he feels guilty for using Miles. Boomer will have to face the music at some point, at the bar or elsewhere, and I hope it truly is a 'I was wrong, and as it happens, you mean something to me' kind of moment.

I'm surprised he was still thinking about the picture. Some of the other comments are expecting trouble at the bar, but I think everything going smoothly would be trouble on its own. How could he still take the picture after that?
