This makes me wonder how many other petty incidents there were prior to the divorce, and whether Joe was an influence or whether he just knew Boomer's style of pettiness when he suggested this shenanigans. People are really hating on Karen, but I'm sure she has her good moments too. All of the characters have their own quirks.
