I had made a throwaway joke about someone recording Karen freaking out just so Boomer could shut off the conversation and go back to the plot back in page 44 of the comic. More than one person replied something like "wow what if this comes back to bite him in the ass later".
And I thought, huh. What if, indeed.

What on earth should that have to do with her job unless she's a celebrity? Don't forget her accusation against Boomer was spot on too (well other than it seeming like he's bi and not gay). Should he lose his job? I know not to take it too seriously, but I'm sure there's more to her than just her bad side. Embarrassing sure, but worth firing someone over petty relationship drama?

This is great! Re-reading those pages I'd have thought this was planned. So depending on how long the clip is, Zoomer might even know Miles' name. It sure would be "a shame" if he let that fact slip by mistake... Also, he and Robbie probably got to hear the bit about how they met and even the "whispering Coach Jones" bit. Robbie must be thinking "your parents have issues" or something along those lines.
