Are you familiar with the video game streaming site Twitch? There are emotes (small pictures) people can put in chat. There is a picture of someone playing the Pog game, the one with round cardboard pieces try fling or something. In the USA it was a huge fad years ago. The guy has an interesting open mouthed surprised expression. A picture of him (and now others imitating it) is called the Pog champ emote. A variation featuring a cartoon frog is called poggers. It's used to express excitement. This has transitioned to some just outright saying poggers. Miles is on the upper age end of the demographic that sometimes says it, and I have seen people say it.
