You don’t need permission to finish art, I’ve done several myself. The big rule of thumb if you do it and have anything monetized is to mention that Tom did the original sketch. This was going to be on my list of potential projects per request of my bud Patrick up above. If it isn’t colored today we can chat (darthkeidran@icloud.com (it’s an email alias rather than my real account.)) and maybe I can do lineart and you color, or vice versa.
