After some thought, platonic sparring may be more exciting to a basitin than anything implied. With how compelled they are to follow law, if something sexual were going on Maddie might just think "it's not that week of the year....that's illegal! Lynn must be scheduling his heart attack right now." Plus she seemed to REALLY enjoy watching Keith fight on the basitin isles. That said, Maddie seems unorthodox and could follow Keith's example. Forget about ankle wrapping and get a non-basitin boyfriend when she's older.

Youngtani I think refers to Natani's younger self that she met in the link while it was dampened between her and Zen from that shackle he was wearing (and ultimately burned his leg). I think this sketch is saying she found a way for this younger self to (at least) visibly manifest herself in the real world that others can see, and has asked her to stand guard at the door to keep anyone from accidentally bursting in on them like what has happened so many times before in the past (and was made hilarious on the Bastian island when Natani cast that super strong lock spell on her bedroom door...).
