Squirrels are rodents, they'll eat pretty much anything that doesn't fight back too hard, and as far as I know have no problem digesting meat.

Most animals will, on occasion, eat meat. I've seen a video of a Scottish deer killing and eating bird chicks. Supposedly, this is because the area where these deer live there isn't enough calcium available for the deer.

From what I understand, squirrels are omnivores that also eat bugs, birds, bird eggs, and small snakes. and occasionally scavenge.

Seems like, ironically, she had a wardrobe change again. Her top in the upper panel is black, even though in the previous page it was a darkerish color. As for the collar, it’s kinda there in the panel, it’s just super thin. I’m sure it’s there, but it was probably just glossed over

Dont' worry about, Squirrels are fully omnivorous. They can eat basically anything. They do have some minor problems processing leafy greens, but it's the exact same degree of problem that humans have, so whatever. Hell, they're known to pack up and hunt larger animals when easy food is short. For their size, Squirrels are dangerous as hell, too. Good thing they have very little size.
