So... for context, this takes place after the "New Supervisor" sketch. Mike takes a chance and tries to ask Nora on a date of sorts but Nora is hung up on unworthy Trace, despite this Nora admires Mike's boldness so Nora rewards him with this fantasy. If you're all on board with the premise my next suggestion will be a follow up where a sexually exhausted Mike realizes the catch: He can never leave and all the Noras want more of him. Or at least until Nora thinks to end the fantasy.
