Remastered pages like this make me wonder what the early chapters would be like both narratively and artistically if they were redone today. It's not worth the 3+ years it'd take to redraw all of the older pages but it'd be interesting to know what'd change narratively. Dunno if Tom has spoken much about what he'd change before.

I love Tom and his art work.. but.. No.. no she didn't. Toms art style was whoafully lacking at the time and she looks much better now with an actual properly shaped body and face.

The biggest thing that caught my eye in this sketch is Kathrin's eyes. They are more detail and attention-seeking than all other sketches of her. I'm guessing this is to accentuate her sexual figure especially as introduction to her character from what the audience is suppose to assume of her.

Yes, at the same time though it’s logical. At first she was, as far as we can tell, the only slave running things at Eric’s manor (we don’t see any other slaves that I can recall until getting on the Na’Rella), which can be quite stressful, and her hair style gradually adjusted to match roughly the current over the course of the cruise to the Basidian isles.

In a Gender & Role reversed TwoKinds alternate universe, where the Humans are enslaved by generations of Keidran, Keidran are the masters of The Usage of Mana, and the Western Basitins (Still on the eastern half of the island) are now the Highly Militaristic ones… There was a hornball female human slave named “Erica”, owned by the male Keidran named “Kato”, a human slaver, who attracted the gaze of “Tracey”, the lover of the now amnesiac, formerly humanicidal, “Florence Heritage”. Meanwhile, elsewhere in Mekkan, a wolfess names “Zena”, is helping her sister “Natani”, hide from the rest of the Amazonian wolves in the guild, the fact that she, is in fact, biologically male. All while the leader of the guild herself, “Clove” is keeping a secret the result of gender swapping curse, bestowed upon her by the mysterious Monsieur Aron, a white dragon who has the strange tendency to genderbend people, particularly if they are being harmful to others.

Unfortunately, I think about the only way were getting everything in the current style will be if we get Tom sufficient cash flow to devote all of his time to re-coloring the comic.

Let's say Tom somehow does redraw his comic to the new style. Along the way, he may develop a new style that will be different and then we would dream if redid the comic again but in his newfound style. It would be a never ending process unless Tom just does not improve whatsoever.

Well, Tom’s also greatly improved character design as a whole over the years. An example is that Flora wasn’t too flat chested until around when that rude cleric pointed it out and has been gradually increasing some over the course of her pregnancy. Similarly, she had a slightly different fur pattern. To be honest though, the changes are welcome.

Alas, it’s relatively unlikely, considering how much time goes into the comic itself (there’s a reason he only does one page a week now, it takes around 4-6 hours to sketch, ink, color, and shade a page). The likelihood would likely increase after he brings this first comic to a close (He’s got other TwoKinds related comics in the works). If I had my comic going, I’d probably limit myself to that because even doing fan-colors of some of his sketches, I suffer from Photoshop burnout from time to time.
