Also, it’s possible this may actually happen because the last time I tried anything like “Natani and Keith’s children” it wasn’t on the poll, so it may be considered a “potential spoiler”.

I agree. The problem is that would be considered a potential spoiler for the same reason you can’t request a “Keith and Natani’s child” sketch, it is within the realm of possibility for the two to wind up having kids after all’s said and done, whether it be intentional or accidental.

I've had described to me a scene from a movie called "Life Itself". In it a woman tells her boyfriend she's pregnant as an April Fool's prank. Her boyfriend is from some culture that doesn't have April Fool's, so the "reveal" rapidly devolves into explaining the basic concept of April Fool's to him. I just can't imagine a more painful conversation.
