The headdress makes me think of Ptolemaic Egypt however the actual weapons and the rest of her outfit puts my mind to thinking more along the lines of the 12th or 11th Dynasty or maybe the Old Kingdom of the 5th and 6th Dynasty

I can imagine her telling people to build the pyramid and then because they are taking to long she tells them to move out of the way and she completes it in like an hour. Although knowing her it probably took less that that.
