None of the three are wearing pants. Two of those are intentional. Nat fell asleep binge-watching something and the two Keiths snuck over, stole his pants, then tucked up next to him, one on each arm. It took the combined snuggles of both of them to wake him up (it was established in "Good Morning Natani" that he's a very heavy sleeper). Natani's expression is not from waking up in the middle of a Keith-sandwich, but from the realization that those are HIS boxers tossed over the top of the t.v. (Fem-Keith's expression is because she put them there.)
