The way I see it, they don't have to be seen "without apparel" for it to be apparent that they're jumping each others' bones. She is still human, and he has an R value of 60, by my guess. That she still has her clothes on means that she isn't so drunk to be inhibited by the nog's warmth. Besides, the other snep on the left is probably trying to get some sleep, and here we have a couple of yahoos in the wee hours keeping him from getting that particular commodity.
