if they are the same species then my only criticism is that the balance of human/animal is too far off between them, Make him slightly more human or make her slightly more feral so they look more in line with one another.

I like the arctic couple! With his look, and that between-the-leg tail curl, I wonder if “getting sick” was ALL that was taking it out of him on the trip... I also noticed the lizard person in the back, proportions and crest remind me of Divinity-style lizards. But it’s such a general thing, can’t claim it’s an intentional reference. Also, black kitty, and the white smudge that may be kitty Nora, up on the bowsprit of the ship.
