well if i keep my casual wear untill anything bad happens then it wouldn't be it would be like any well almost as i would be the lucky guy who got invited by royalty maybe that would be the talking point i guess everyone would wonder how i got my gear on me on a instance in the mass panic when people invade

that would be a surprise for maddie maybe i would be the one escorting her if she asked me todo so and since i can do upper tier magic compared to humans i can just wear casual wear to not rouse any suspicion that i'm her guard but i would just look like a good friend of hers who joins her in the theater but when the combat arrives i can use my magic to summon my armour on my body with my greatsword on my back with a greatshield which i use magic to levvitate from my back to my front or sides

I think it's cute that the dancers are so accommodating to Maddie. In my head canon, the Westerners know she's King Jade's daughter and expose her to their customs and traditions and look out for her safety.
