This actually happened in Europe. A man built his home ontop of a bridge in town. The bridge was still easily accessed and used by the town growers, it basically had two large supporting walls in the middle, holding up the man’s home. At the time of construction, this was fair and legal, so no property taxes

I don’t pay property taxes, for trolls usually live under bridges. So that makes me exempts me from it I do believe if I live under/on a bridge connecting two sides of a canal or stream in the town.
