Modern Nat must be more self-confident in the fur, since canon Nat would definitely never volunteer for something like this..... well... maybe just for Keith and Laura.
Keith is definitely up next as a model in this secret class.

Beautiful work, I can't help but wonder, in a modern au, if someone like Natani would have access to things like gender clinics, with the option of medically transitioning through hrt and perhaps even surgery (or whatever the equivalent of these would be in the modern tk world). I know that canon Nat is gradually becoming more comfortable in his body, but I just find it interesting to think about whether or not a modern au Nat would consider going down the physical transitioning route, or if he would just continue to present as masculine and work on becoming comfortable in his female body as he has been doing in the main comic. Dunno, would maybe be cool at some point to see a post-top surgery modern au Nat in euphoria at finally being free from the boobage!

Definitely see AU Natani being more confident in the fur/"nude",I think the reason why she wouldn't do this in the Twokinds universe is because she has something to fight for,that something being not wanting to be or feel alone,wanting to open up more to her fellings,and showing her interest in a particular bastin that she Really likes named Keith.

It would stand to reason that in a more modern and mixed population Nat would probably have less pressure to hide the... Nature of the situation. From what I can infer from other kiedran, human, and basitin cultures modern individuals would be more likely to just shrug it off. Okay maybe not basitins, in public anyway.
