The post says to be careful with Wishes but however Natani made her wish whatever its wording it seems to have worked fine as she(now he) wanted...it just so happens Keith had the Consequences put on him (Now her). Clearly the universe demands Balance. I suppose Natani could have worded it to have her femininity put on someone else specifically but as far as wish granting entities go for the Wisher, this seem like a rather benevolent well (For the wisher)
