Page 88 gave us the top half of the first letter of his name: P, R, or B. Maybe D. This should narrow the subset of plant names by a lot. My personal guess was going to be Reed, but then we got another character with that name. :V

Reminds me of the Scallions from the VeggieTales animations. The producers, Big Idea Productions, never gave any of them a real name, and they had been with the show since day one. One of them even comments on this gaffe during a bit part.

Still a smaller set of potential names to guess from than… every name. And I’m kinda leaning towards Kale myself. Cale was the protagonist from Titan A.E., so there’s pop culture support.

Do you know how many plants with normal/fancy names there are. I googled it and it’s a lot. Still my guess is cane( like sugarcane) it would make to much sense for it to be related to the red hair
