Headcanon Lonx Royalty time! Bottom left: Prince Atreyu. Crown Prince of the Lynx Kingdom and son of King Ibrahim and Queen Vashti. People tend to underestimate him as just another spoiled, fickle princeling who is prone to proposing marriage as a way of greeting. In reality, he has a big heart that he wears on his sleeve, a quick wit, and an impeccable judge of character. Though he can be given to pouting when he doesn't get his way and he has a crippling weakness for all things sweet. He's genuine and kind, if a little naive about life outside the palace walls. Bottom right: Jalil. Atreyu's childhood best friend and personal bodyguard. He can be intimidating at first, though he's actually quite soft-spoken and gentle to those who know him well. He also plays an excellent oud. Top left: Zahra. Spymaster assigned by the Prince to be Reed's handler. She absolutely knows that Reed is human, but hasn't said anything so far because she also knows that she's harmless and entirely in over her head and she thinks it's cute. Top right: Mimir. Captain of the Faceless Guards. Something of a goofball in private but very professional when it comes to his duties. He and Zahra like to act like they get under each other's fur, but they're really quite smitten with each other and can often be found slinking off together in quiet moments or lounging about cool parts of the palace together on hot days. ...Yes, I have names for all of them. :p

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that they've already figured out that she's a human, but are pretty intrigued that the disguise is so good. i mean, her behavior is pretty atypical for a lynx, and pretty much what they'd expect of a human. Of course, considering how long she's worn her disguise, it may have permanently changed into a Lynx. (Which would mean, to be a human, she'd have to have a new collar...)
