Not sure being furclad is against the rules for Keidrian in this AU. Who knows maybe it's like being a vegetarian, some of them just reject clothes outright, others don't care, others try to stay furclad as much as possible but occasionally dress for fun. This would match what we've seen of Kat, for example.
