I may be biased, but I think that may be my new all time favourite sketch of yours! It just oozes with charm and warmth. Delighted to see these two return so many years later, especially with the new kiddo. Didn’t think it would have much luck in the polls so it was a real surprise to see it had made it through. So thank you for those that voted to see it and thank you Tom for drawing such a lovely little scene.

I can relate. Some say 'better have loved and lost' but in my case, I started out with it. Unfortunately, by the time I really needed it (early teens) it was gone. I had just barely 'learned to fish'. I only know my version, as you know yours. The good news is we can prevent passing it on! My children have known the love that I lost. Build their 'good old days' and give yourself that joy. My life taught me to never give up, never give in! My love and best wishes...
