A part of me wants to headcanon that Flora's just doing all of this deliberately to mess with Nora, the whole shibang. And I'm honestly glad that Flora's happy with herself as she is :)

Kobolds in general? In TK (and in furry spaces) they're usually cute bipedal lizardy mini-dragons. Often with a penchant for being minions of a proper dragon. They are usually scaled, but sometimes furred or feathered. In other spaces like D&D they can instead be short furred bipedal dog-people, or short hideous goblin/lizard-ish things. They're usually less cute and a lot more violent. They are still sometimes associated with dragons. even so it's flora who has been doing this for hours against nora and we can see nora is frustrated about flora's uncertainty and insecurity so i'd say she can make an exception under specific circumstances like this and of course depending on the severeity the curse range from mild inconvience to bad curses
