Now that I think on it, this makes sense. My mother had several other women that she was close friends with when I was growing up, and my brothers and I referred to them as "aunt" as well. Their kids referred to my mother as "aunt" as well, despite my mother being an only child. Ironically, my actual aunt is someone I barely recognize as such. (Bad blood, long story, don't ask.)

Man, Maeve is so lucky to have a cat for an aunt (and such a good cat too!) Windstraw will be happy to learn that a musher’s job also includes caring for their animals, so it’s required she gets spoiled after this. This one turned out perfect! One of the cutest! I’ve had a lot of tough life events recently, but Windstraw sketches always cheer me up. Thank you so much for that, Tom. :)
