🕑 Added 2017-06-05 03:43:57 +0000 UTC The Dormouse commissioned a picture of Radica's mother, so, for the first time, here is what I'm working on in her design.Back story, She was a diner worker when she met Radica's father, and would eventually get knocked up by him. She would work well into her pregnancy with Radica, sometimes getting a little extra curricular on nights when she would have to close.
Unfortunately, she would pass away upon Radica's birth, so Radica never got a chance to meet her mother.

Again, these are commissions requested by Patreons, not necessarily pictures I'm thinking of showing intentionally. I'll also say, that you are basing a lot of your knowledge on assumptions about the status of certain characters within the canon. I suppose, if there's an issue with how many characters that are perceived dead that have been getting drawn lately, is more the fault of those requesting them than me just deciding to do them on my own.

Ohhhhh I could SO get in trouble with this reply. :) I love a spirited conversation, but I fear it would look as if I were trying to flame you (I honestly am not) But I SO can't let this go without a reply :) Ok....Point #1. Life Flourishes and then ends.... Hmm where to start, being a medic in a major city that has likely seen more death then anyone should....while the letter of your statement is true...I do not view the spirit there...not to mention being an author I can make all life flourish forever (That's why I write..God complex ;) ) Death IS a part of life...my point to Mr EL is...geeze we seem to focus on that quite a bit...no harm no foul just an observation. I have seen things that "wern't there" before...Being an intelligence analyst, it's kinda "my thing" :) Though in my own defense..I thought I OUTLINED..a possible pattern...Hmmmm must be just me. I do agree I like to see what the parents look like..I enjoy the creative process and imagination...I suppose that in the back of my fantasy mind, I kinda wanted to see Ratica, perhaps team up with her mom for some happy times in the diner...oh well..bad me ;). Can't have a mother /daughter team if Mom is dead...well...you COULD but that's SICK ;)

The pattern is that life flourishes and then ends. Death is part of life. There really isn't a pattern and, honestly, you seem to be seeing things that simply aren't there. And even then, seeing what deceased characters look like as far as relations to the characters who are not gives us a better idea of just which parents the currently living characters might look like, and so on.

Well No...but I was kinda pointing out....Pandora Lee's Parents....Dead. Artical Lagopus' Parents...Dead. Red Fire Fox Parents...Dead... The Fela's parents (and whole family) ....Dead. Micro...no parents... Max's Father...dead...do I detect a pattern here? ;)

Well, I really can't help who people are asking me to draw. Folks are curious about what some of these characters looked like, so I draw them. Though, not all of the mothers I've been drawing are dead.

You seem to have a "queen of the un dead" thing going on (just to use a buzz phrase from am movie) But seriously...have you noticed how many Dead parents you have been inspired to a Little down for me :) Not trying to criticize, Perhaps we could Commission a Hybrid Llama, who's power is to make drama? ;)
