The second shot always ends up taking people for a loop. I've never had any negative effects from a vaccine before and this one really brought me down a peg. I hope your symptoms aren't too severe since everyone experiences them differently. Rest up and get well at your own pace, man.

Did the same for me last week. Still haven't decided whether it was worth it or not. Take a hot shower, some Aleve, and get some sleep and you should be over it in 12-24 hours.
