Had a tooth pulled today and this helped a little, not proud but I cried like a baby for the numbing shots.

The way my anxiety at any doctors office stresses me out so bad, I can hardly watch this video without panicking. 🫠 the background noises freak me tf out

And how you take care about others and try to help them relax.🥰 I myself am not afraid to go to the dentist, but of course I enjoy every opportunity to hear your calm, dark voice, because the tone alone makes me feel safe, secure and in good hands. This is so wonderful!! I get terribly nervous before seeing the dentist, or doctor. You conveyed such a level of considerate care & attentiveness, speaking up for her & asking if you could be with her. 🥺🥹🥰 My dad would always distract me & ask me to squeeze his hand, so this was such a comforting, familiar scenario. He says that I have soft hands with a death grip. 😂 Your playfulness here made me smile & added some lightness to a situation that can feel really nerve racking. You already know that I find your voice very grounding, soothing, & it sets me at ease. I can definitely see myself utilizing this next time I have to go to an appointment.
