This is a fantastic and hilarious audio. The motto in my house is: baby steps. I have accomplished so much by doing one small task at a time (which often leads me to continue doing what I'm doing and then I have accomplished 3 instead of the initial one). Motivation begins when you first start. However, I am the weird person who, once out of bed, is awake. I just need to get my butt out of bed, that's the difficult part. Who wants to leave the soft, warm, floofiness of a bed?! 😊 That being said, if I received this wake up, motivational call I would instruct the caller to call in sick to work and come over because I would not be getting out of bed for quite a while. 😏 And then later we could address some of the items on the list.
