How can something as simple as making tea give so much rest and relaxation? The sound of the floor, the bubbling of the kettle, the opening and closing of the fridge, the stirring of the spoon, your little sighs... All the sounds make me feel like I'm right there, sitting at your kitchen table with a cup Yorkie and listening to you playing the guitar... Perfect Morning!! Things we often take for granted or forget are small, everyday nuances of life. They are comforting. The minute sounds and activities that occur naturally that feel like home. The sound of the floor as you walk across it, clearing your throat, little sighs, etc. They differ from rain or a crackling fire because they are sounds that are personal; a person must create them. It eliminates the feeling of loneliness, especially during this time when we may spend the majority of our time isolated. Thanks for "the little things" that add a human touch. This was relaxing and, although it may seem odd for some people, it adds that few minutes of a personal touch. (Of course, the guitar playing was the icing on the cake for me.) ❤

The soft bubbling of the kettle, the pouring of cream and stirring of your spoon, and even random ambient sounds like the scraping of your chair as you pull it out to sit, created the kind of warm and cozy atmosphere that makes me crave ASMR. Of course, hearing you play your guitar softly, was an added bonus that I really appreciate. It's funny...making tea is such a seemingly mundane and routine task. Yet it's made all the more relaxing to me by those familiar sounds and reminders of everyday comforts. It instantly puts me in the moment of a quiet morning and I feel a calm serenity that I wish could last all day. 😌🫖🍵💖

Yasss Hank! Come through with the ASMR 😌 not sure if any of the other ladies ever noticed but at the beginning of every audio you make a sound almost like an "exhale" and my quirky self always found it very soothing. This was one of the things I love so much about the Sunday Hangouts which I need to catch more of. People sleep on ASMR but for me it's extremely comforting for some reason and I loved this! Thanks Hank for another meditative audio💙
