Hello Hank. I hope you’re doing good well. I broke up with my ex last October & hadn’t actually accepted that until a little over a month ago. (thought we’d end up together, but are currently good friends/on decent terms) my question is: What advice would you give to someone (like me) in their early 20s going through a breakup? this can be extended to things like self care, boundaries, etc. Thank you for answering.
