Looking back, this audio came out just days after I had to go through something too damn similar. We live apart and he'd come to visit for a long weekend for my birthday. Saying goodbye at the airport was the hardest damn thing either of us had to do. Hearing this right now when we're not going to be able to talk for a week just really got to me.
