Ohhhh no! 😩😩🤪🤪 Good grief, Hank! You’ve been busy! And arguably, not the good kind of busy. My house is very old and needs tons of work as well, so I feel you. There was one day when I went to take a shower. Turned on the faucet, pulled the shower diverter and, yoink, out came the whole diverter. 🤪🤪 There I was, bare naked with three golden retrievers around my feet going, “Shit! Shit! Shit” & trying to put it back in. 😂😂 Luckily I was successful but sheeesh. 😅 I’m glad that everything is temporarily settled and you’re excited about the studio and merch. I cannot wait for the studio to shape up. That’s really exciting! And here I was hoping that you were taking some well deserved time off. I should have known better. 😏😂 You take care, Hank! Ah, the plumbing adventures. I know there are houses older than mine, but my 1940 home needs work. Plumbing, electrical, cosmetic (I have a few thoughts). I adore vintage and antique and I want to make sure small things I do around the house reflect that aesthetic. However, vintage plumbing and electrical work needs to go! But the cost!! I'm just living in a tinder box at the moment. And funnily enough, when I replaced the medicine cabinet in the bathroom I discovered lots of razor blades in the walls. Apparently, older medicine cabinets have a slot in the back and men would dispose of their blades by simply dropping them through the slot and letting them fall. If my house ever explodes there will be flying blades so the neighbors better beware. 😂 But yes, redoing the bathroom was a project. As far as the window, would that be something your landlord would cover? I would think it would fall on substandard product (for example) and not wear and tear. Anyway, I'm glad you Gorilla taped it for the time being. We can't have cold air coming in! Between windows, plumbing, car repairs, and falling on the purchase button (and I hope your ok after that fall) you've been quite busy! Don't forget to take time to relax and enjoy life, and the furry little guys. 🐈‍⬛🎸🚘🚿🪟 (There's an emoji for that!) 😂♥️
